We are pleased to announce that in the first example of its kind in the Cayman Islands, following a full hearing in which Guy appeared on behalf of a major international property developer, the Trade and Business Appeals Tribunal overturned an earlier refusal of the Trade and Business Licensing Board to grant a Local Companies (Control) Law License and Trade and Business Licence.
