PRIESTLEYS ADDS NEW ASSOCIATE TO GROWING TEAM 


Priestleys has announced the appointment of experienced attorney, Rachel Kelly, as an Associate working in the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution department.

Rachel joins Priestleys with extensive experience gained at a number of Northern Ireland’s leading commercial firms acting for a variety of clients in a broad range of commercial litigation and insolvency matters.

Rachel commented: “Priestleys has offered me an opportunity to expand my cross border legal experience and work with a wide range of domestic and international clients and multinational corporations whilst relocating to the Cayman Islands. In Belfast, I worked on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes with a particular specialism in banking disputes and insolvency matters. I worked on behalf of a variety of clients on a range of challenging instructions including acting for insolvency practitioners on all issues arising in respect of corporate insolvency. At Priestleys, I will be working in the litigation and dispute resolution team dealing with all general commercial disputes with a particular emphasis on insolvency matters.”
