Rachel has extensive experience acting in a wide range of complex financial services and insolvency related litigation. She is adept at advising in relation all matters arising both insolvency practitioners and creditors in relation to both personal and corporate insolvencies, as well as providing practical commercial advice to banks and leading financial institutions in relation to dispute resolution, including enforcement strategies across various company and personal borrowing entities.

Rachel has also acted in a broad variety of challenging commercial disputes often involving advice on emergency injunctive proceedings including shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual disputes, procurement challenges, property disputes, IP disputes, judicial review and ADR proceedings.

Since joining Priestleys Rachel has represented clients in complex cross border insolvency matters, contentious trust litigation and shareholder disputes.
