NIKUE ASSARPOUR - ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY


Nikue joined our litigation team as an associate attorney in July 2022. Nikue’s practice at Priestleys covers a broad spectrum of common law litigation, focusing primarily on personal injury matters (both for Plaintiffs and Defendants - including insurance companies), family law matters, strata disputes and contractual claims.

Nikue was first admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2013 where she worked in a boutique general practice firm and gained extensive experience in general common law litigation, including managing a varied caseload of personal injury matters, civil disputes, as well as public and private law proceedings. During this time, Nikue also worked in all areas of family law including high court divorces and children order cases relating to contact, residence, child relocation and specific issue orders across all Court tiers. She recently represented an applicant father in an application under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction 1980 for the return of the subject child from the Cayman Islands to the USA, successfully securing a return Order.
