Nick qualified as a solicitor in England in 2015 and was admitted as an attorney in the Cayman Islands in January 2021. Nick has previously worked in-house within local government, for a large international firm and for a national firm renowned for its property and development work. Nick has a breadth of experience that allows him to consider any transaction from a number of different viewpoints and provide a rounded perspective.

Nick’s specialist background is in real estate, regularly acting across the whole spectrum of property matters such as residential and commercial conveyancing, landlord and tenant, real estate development, financing and secured lending, transaction structuring, holding company and SPV structuring, joint ventures and collaboration agreements.

Nick is experienced across Cayman Islands local practice such as company law (the incorporation, registration, licensing, management and maintenance of all types of Cayman Islands companies); immigration (including residency and work permits); commercial contracts; and private financing agreements and structuring.

Nick acts for all manner of clients, such as private individuals, commercial organisations of all sizes, public and quasi-public bodies, NPOs and charities.
